ROB MACCAUL
Seeking first 3-year term
My wife Joann and I have owned our tiny house park model RV on Littell Road since we arrived as full-time residents in 2021. We relocated from Monroe prior to our move to Lost River. This will be my first year serving on the LRAA.

I’m currently a member of the Children’s Dance Theatre board in Omak/Twisp and assist with their dance productions. I have a background in IT, specializing in Help Desk related items. I’m semi-retired and you will find me down at the Mazama Public House bartending and serving delicious grub.

Joann and I look forward to more time to enjoy life in the Methow Valley.

Thanks.

YASSER MOHAMED
Seeking first 3-year term

My wife and I own a house on Littell Road. It's a place where we have created memories and found a sense of belonging in the community.

As an accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting, I have gained a strong foundation in financial management and analysis. In my current role as a financial analyst, I have honed my skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

In addition to my accounting background and financial analyst role, I have developed expertise in various areas throughout my career. As an investment manager, I have successfully analyzed market trends, identified investment opportunities, and made strategic investment decisions to maximize returns where I used to work. Working as an accountant in four different countries has provided me with a unique perspective on international accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Thank you.

MARTIN WILD

Seeking first 3-year term
My wife Anne and I purchased land in Lost River on Buck Circle in 2005 and used it for camping for a number of years. In 2015 we added our Park Model cabin so we could enjoy the Methow Valley year-round. In 2021 we decided to move to the Methow Valley full-time from our home in Lake Stevens and purchased a home in Twisp. We retained our cabin at Lost River and enjoy spending weekends and holidays there with our kids and other family members. I currently work part-time for Methow Recycles.

I am seeking a term as Treasurer for the Lost River Airport Association. I have spent a career in Finance and Accounting with a number of large corporations and also have past experience as a treasurer for one of our previous HOAs when I lived on the westside. Additionally, I have served as an officer on several enthusiast clubs including the Porsche Club of America PNW Region and the Puget Sound MINI Motoring Club

I feel that my vast experience with budgeting and corporate finance as well as my role as an internal consultant will allow me to assist the Board and the Association with making wise financial decisions and ensuring your annual dues and Association financial resources are accounted for properly and used in an appropriate manner.

Thanks for your consideration and trust.

KIRK LOHMAN
Current LRAA Trustee seeking another 3-year term
I am a retired wildlife biologist. I worked as the head of the Wildlife Ecology branch at a US Geological Survey research center in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, as the chief scientist of the Alaska region for the National Park Service, and as a professor in the Department of Fish and Wildlife at the University of Idaho. I also worked for three years as an Assistant Attorney General doing environmental enforcement for the State of Missouri before deciding that science was more fun than the law.

My wife, Pat, and I bought our house on Mercer Road in 2015. We have lived full time in Lost River for the last 5 years. We have a one-year-old golden retriever named Woodrow. Woodrow thinks he’s the official greeter in Lost River and is the reason why we’ve met so many of our neighbors.

I’m interested in serving on the Board because I have found Lost River a very special place.
