Bios For 2026 Trustee Candidates

Get to know these candidates by reading their bios prior to the Annual Membership Meeting on May 24, 2026.

JENN BULA
Seeking first 3-year term.
Jenn Bula moved to Lost River in June 2022. Lost River is a paradise with many like-minded people in a single community, ability to do all her favorite outdoor activities right from the garage, be engulfed in some of the most pristine nature, and be surrounded by great neighbors like yourself! Lost River community attracts best people.

Jenn is a nurse, specializing in informatics. What is that you ask? So does everyone else. :). Informatics is the study of data to ensure technology solutions are in place to make healthcare professionals more effective and efficient in delivering care. She travels around the US helping C-Suite and clinical leaders in hospitals and provider organizations optimize the clinical tools they have or make the leap to using new tools and technology. As a process improvement specialist she works with front-line users and leaders to understand how care is delivered and translates those processes for IT and Infrastructure groups to make changes now versus plan for the future.

Jenn wants to serve on the board as a way to give back, make sure our neighborhood can be protected as much as possible and hopefully get to know more of her neighbors.

CARYN DARMER
Current LRAA Trustee seeking a second 3-year term.

I bring a background in commercial construction, with experience managing complex projects and collaborating with local and state agencies to keep work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with regulations. I value a practical, team-oriented approach and have a strong understanding of infrastructure, safety, water rights and aviation. Plane is my primary means of getting to LRAA from Oregon. This gives me a deep appreciation for the airstrip and the surrounding community, and I am committed to supporting its long-term sustainability while preserving the character that makes it unique.
