Tree Cutting Lottery Entries Due May 5th!

We were awarded yet another $4,000 Firewise USA Microgrant. This is a total of $16k in 4 yearly microgrants.

This year, the HOA Firewise Committee will be using the microgrant to have a Free Tree Cutting Lottery! This is an effort to help clean up the community after the December 2025 weather event that caused significant damage. If selected, trees will be taken down by a professional arborist and paid for on behalf of the homeowner. The Firewise community will do its best to support as many properties as possible and will prioritize based on the eligibility outlined below. LRAA is overstocked on doug firs, so removing some trees in the area will promote a healthier forest, too!
